She is one of the last people to have crossed paths with the missing mother.
Martine (the first name has been changed) walks her dog on Tuesday, December 15 in the morning when she bumps into her young neighbor Delphine Jubillar, as she often does.
As usual, after a night's work at the hospital, the nurse drops off L., her little boy, at the primary school in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn), before returning to rest.
“We talked for a few minutes, the little one was happy to have written his letter to Santa Claus.
I was sick of finding the gendarmes at my door the next day with a wanted notice!
"
Since Wednesday, December 16, this 33-year-old young woman, with a soft and shy look, has remained untraceable.
On social networks, Delphine appears, radiant, alongside her husband at their wedding in July 2013. White strapless dress, green headband placed on the forehead and pearl necklace around the neck, she sets the goal.
Him, gray suit, buttonhole, smile on his face, a thin line of beard slitting his chin.

Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: the keys to an enigma
But on Facebook, Delphine presents herself above all as a mother.
Several pictures, taken by a professional photographer, show her pregnant with her first and then with her second child.
Her “loves” as she writes: L., 6 years old, and E., 18 months old.
“She would never have left without them.
She adores her cubs and finds it difficult to part with them.
Moreover, she breastfed the eldest until he was 4 and a half, ”testifies Martine, who has known the“ mother hen ”for eight years.
A meeting during a Tupperware meeting organized by residents of the neighborhood.
In this month of January, it was even she who was supposed to organize the next meeting.
A "generous, devoted" young woman
Delphine is a nurse in the gastroenterology department of the Claude Bernard clinic in Albi, about ten minutes from her house.
The caregiver, described as "generous, devoted", works nights.
“I was hospitalized for several months at the clinic.
Each week, she took time off her break to come see me, ”recalls a neighbor, aged 71.

After her nights caring for patients, the mother returns home at dawn and takes care of her children.
Before finally resting.
On Sundays too, Delphine works and Cédric takes advantage of these moments alone with the children to take them to play on the pétanque court, near the town hall of Cagnac.
An unfinished house
The night of her disappearance, Delphine began a period of leave.
During these holidays, she would have perhaps seen her cousins or her brothers and sisters to whom she is close, she who is described as a young woman "not the type to be the party".
Maybe she would even have gone for a hike or a jog, hobbies she enjoyed.
But never at night, assures her neighbor: “She's afraid in the dark!
According to the retiree, it is impossible that the young woman went out in the middle of the night with her dogs.

Delphine would also surely have spent time at home, this building with visible ocher blocks, built but never completed by her husband.
Inside the house, the walls have not been finished and the plasterboard partitions remain bare.
Above the garage, the bay window of the marital bedroom opens onto the void.
A balcony was to adorn the facade but was not installed.
“He said: Yes, yes, I'll take care of it,” Martine remembers.
But the work is not progressing.
For eight years, the couple held out, however.
Financially too: Delphine takes care of the repayment of the mortgage, Cédric, the bills and shopping.
But during confinement, the professional situation of the husband, self-employed in the building, worsens.

Looking at the rubble, piled up breeze blocks and rubbish littering the muddy driveway leading to the garage, Martine shrugs her shoulders: "No wonder she wanted to leave him ...".
If the two friends see each other regularly, the retiree hardly knows Cédric whom she describes as "rather stiff".
Although she admits that the couple gave her a friendly helping hand to "clear her garden".
A couple going through a divorce
In the summer, Delphine had announced to her husband that she wanted a divorce.
The young woman, however, does not express herself to her neighbor: "I would not have allowed myself to ask her questions about her relationship and she remained discreet.
Martine did not hear either of a possible "other man" in the life of the young woman.
Since the disappearance of Delphine, Cédric Jubillar, who is not questioned by justice, has been discreet. If he is sometimes seen, hat and hood pulled down on his head, driving his son to the school in Cagnac-les-Mines, the father of the family no longer lives there. With his children, he settled with his mother a few kilometers away. The two dogs of the family have been placed in a SPA. And the house, closed by judicial seals, is abandoned.
