After already announcing that the glitch was over, Partner customers reported this morning (Wednesday) still disruptions in the TV service.
Just yesterday the company updated its customers today that it intends to compensate them.
"Especially today, we remember that it is our responsibility to provide a great viewing experience to our customers. Unfortunately, in recent days it has not happened as we believe it should happen. Therefore, we have decided to provide a significant benefit to all customers," the statement said.
According to Partner, starting today, paid packages and channels will be opened for a month for all customers.
"Of course, customers who have already subscribed to some or all of the content will not be charged during the benefit period and will not pay for the content," it said.
Customers will also be able to order three movies from the movie library on VOD at no cost.
In addition, the "Big Brother" channel will be opened to everyone, along with a package of premium Turkish dramas and a package of channels in Russian.
The company's message was signed with the words: "We apologize again for the mishap. Thank you for your patience, and we will continue to work hard to regain your trust. Thank you and sorry."
