Not just Twitter, Facebook and Instagram:

Google, which is owned by Google, suspended tonight (Wednesday) the outgoing channel of outgoing President Donald Trump for at least a week following "fear of an ongoing potential for violence."

In addition, according to the company, several new videos released on the channel have been reviewed and removed permanently.

"The channel has violated our policy," the official Twitter account of YouTube said.

The company also stated that the account is prevented from uploading new videos or live streams for at least a week - a period of time that may be extended.

The company refused to reveal which video it was, and announced that in a week the decision will be reconsidered.

2 / Given the ongoing concerns about violence, we will also be indefinitely disabling comments on President Trump's channel, as we've done to other channels where there are safety concerns found in the comments section.

In doing so, YouTube joins a long list of social networks that have already blocked Trump in the past week at least until President-elect Joe Biden takes office.

As you may recall, those same companies suspended the president's accounts on the grounds that he "incited violence" before breaking into Congress.

A similar step was taken by Twitch, Reddit, which shut down groups that support the outgoing president.

With the blockade, Trump supporters flocked to the social network Parler, which was soon blocked by Apple, Google and Amazon.

The actions of the three network giants have caused Farler, who is seen as an alternative to people blocked from Twitter, to become unavailable in app stores.
