Invites start-up companies to participate in the competition in search of innovative ideas
From the research and development center of Mercedes in Tel Aviv, an invitation is issued to Israeli participants to an international competition of car application developers.
Participants will be able to offer innovative ideas, while the best will be able to enjoy the company's support, and their ideas will be assimilated into the company's vehicles at a later stage.

For competition entrants, Mercedes will provide an SDK that will allow access to the MBUX (Mercedes Benz User Experience) system of the company's luxury cars.
Areas of interest for the competition include improving the digital experience, service products, culture, education, operating a smart home, and the Internet of Things (IoT) and more.
The company's truck division will also benefit from this competition, to which specific offers will be directed for applications that provide a solution and solution for the business sector in the areas of logistics and shipments, process optimization, truck fleet management and the truck drivers' experience of use.
This will be the first time that smartphone app developers will be able to access data in real time from Mercedes trucks.
Technology and creativity, not just in the private car
With the submission of ideas, the selected concepts will be refined and characterized.
The best ideas will be analyzed by experts in the "Mentors" phase of Mercedes and the best developments with realization and assimilation potential will be presented at the company's hybrid conference to be held in April 2021.
