In a village in Luxembourg where everyone is hiding secrets, grumpy police inspector Luke Capitani is investigating a suspicious death of a 15-year-old girl.
Clarice The
character of FBI agent Clarice Sterling, played in the movie "The Silence of the Lambs" by Judy Foster, wins her own spin-off On CBS, this time starring Rebecca Brides ("The Original," "Little Liars").
The plot of the series goes back about two years after the film's experiences, in the 1990s, and the cast also includes Cal Penn ("Harold and Kumar") and Michael Kodlitz ("Brothers in Arms," "The Kids Are OK").
Although this is a generally obsolete CBS network series, "Clarice" has acted as a streaming series with a plot arc that spans the entire season.
The network has agreed to allow creators, Alex Kurtzman ("Star Trek" films) and Jenny Lumet ("Rachel Gets Married," daughter of director Sydney Lumet), creative freedom to produce the series with her.

Nanachka Khan, creator of "Sweet and Sour", is behind the new series.
Kenan
A new NBC comedy series starring one of the greatest (and cutest) comedians of "Saturday Night Live" for generations, and the one that has been in it the longest - Kenan Thompson.
He plays a local morning show host in Atlanta, who is widowed and now forced to raise his two young daughters alone.
His help comes from his younger brother (Chris Red, also from SNL) and his father-in-law (Don Johnson), both of whom always have something to say about his parenting style.
The series was created by Jackie Clark ("Superstore") and David Casp (creator of "Everything's For The Better") and Chris Rock directs the premiere episode and is among the producers alongside Thompson himself and of course Lauren Michaels, the man behind "Saturday Night Live."
Working Mothers The
fifth season of the favorite Canadian comedy about three mothers trying to combine a career with raising young children (later also on Netflix).
Queen Sugar is the
fifth season of director Eva Doverney's drama on Oprah Winfrey's cable network, about three brothers and sisters who had to team up to run the family sugarcane farm in rural Louisiana, after years of being estranged.
