Actress Gina Karano was fired from the Lucasfilm company that produces the "Mandelorian" series in which she participates, after posting a number of controversial posts on social media, including a post in which she hinted that being a Republican today is like being a Jew during the Holocaust and wondering how to persecute Jews in Nazi Germany. "Gina is not currently employed and has no intention of being employed in the future," the company said.
"The posts she published, which hurt people because of their cultural and religious background, are disgusting and unacceptable."

In a post that sparked an article, we read on Instagram: "Jews were beaten in the streets not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors, even by children. Since history is made, most people do not understand today that in order to reach a point where Nazi soldiers could gather thousands of Jews, the government was "We must first make their neighbors hate them because they are Jews. How is it different to hate someone just because of their political views?"

This is not the first time we have read that she is at the center of a storm because of her political comments.
Last November she posted a number of tweets in one of which mocked people guarding the corona and wearing masks and in the other claiming that the US presidential election was fake and in fact the winner is Trump.
"The company has been looking for a reason for a long time to fire it. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back," a source close to the company told the American media.
