Five people are to be tried on June 3 by the Paris Criminal Court for “moral harassment” against Mila, a teenage girl from Isère who had published a controversial video on Islam in November, the prosecution said Thursday.

Two of them are also being prosecuted for "death threats" against the young girl.

The five people, aged 18 to 29, were arrested Tuesday in Loire-Atlantique, Moselle, Calvados, Marne and Hauts-de-Seine. At the end of their custody, they were presented to a prosecutor from the brand new national anti-hate online pole of the Paris prosecutor's office. They were placed under judicial control pending trial, said the prosecution.
