The young man was auditioned this Friday by the police officers who are investigating the charges of incest on another son of the political scientist.

The investigation into the charges of incest against Olivier Duhamel continues.

According to our information, the adopted son of the couple formed by the constitutional expert and the academic Évelyne Pisier was heard this Friday afternoon by the police from the brigade for the protection of minors (BPM).

Auditioned for two hours, this young man described as fragile said he had not been abused by his adoptive father.

His sister, also adopted in Chile, had already been heard by the police.

These all-out hearings in the entourage of the political scientist correspond to the will of the prosecution which intends to collect the maximum number of testimonies about these accusations which were in fact known to many close to the couple.

On January 5, the Paris prosecutor's office opened a preliminary investigation for rape and sexual assault by a person with authority over a 15-year-old minor and rape and sexual assault by a person with authority targeting Olivier Duhamel.

This decision followed the publication of Camille Kouchner's book "La Familia grande" (Seuil) in which Evelyne Pisier's daughter recounts that her stepfather abused her twin brother Victor (the name has been changed) to the 'adolescence.

Heavy accusations that the resigning president of the National Foundation for Political Science, former MEP (PS), has not denied since.

The prosecution wishes to "identify any other potential victim"

On January 21, Victor was interviewed by investigators.

He confirmed to them the facts denounced by his sister in his book: for more than two years, his stepfather broke into his room to sexually abuse him.

In the process, this man, now 45, who has so far refused to do so, has filed a complaint for the first time.

“Victor considers that the reasons which led him not to file a complaint no longer exist.

Since the publication of his sister's book, the story has been in the public eye.

He comes to close the loop ”, confided to us at the time a member of his entourage.

These investigations seem for the moment mainly symbolic.

The facts indeed seem time-barred.

In 2011, a first investigation into the same facts was opened by the Paris prosecutor's office.

The existence of this painful family secret had been revealed during the investigation carried out after the death of actress Marie-France Pisier, Evelyne's sister - the gendarmes had concluded a suicide.

Heard at the time, Victor did not wish to file a complaint.

Olivier Duhamel had not been heard and the investigation, summary, had been closed because of the limitation period.

Judicially, the analysis is the same but the atmosphere has changed.

The prosecution assumes to open investigations into clearly prescribed facts, in particular in order to "identify any other potential victim", according to the terms of the press release published on January 5.

The investigation will therefore continue with new hearings.

And in particular that of Olivier Duhamel.
