In over 270 pages, four-wheel collecting unravels through the stories of the cars that marked an era and that returned to the fore over the last year.



To open the issue, a foray into the amazing garage of Ralp Lauren, one of the most important collectors in the world of vintage cars and owner of jewels of sidereal value.



Through the images you can almost perceive the softness of the upholstery, the smell of wooden steering wheels, the roar of engines still perfect as if they had just come out of the factory.



Fred Simeone's collection is also impressive: 76 cars collected in over 50 years, in homage to the passion for racing four wheels.

From the oldest, the Renault 35/45 Vanderbilt Racer, which raced and won the Paris-Madrid of 1905, to the essential and powerful Nascar Dyno Mule of 2002.



The parterre dedicated to Made in Italy, which includes jewels such as the Lancia Lambda Third Tourer Series from 1924, the Alfa Romeo 6c 1750 SS from 1929 or the Ferrari 375MM Spider from 1954.



Leafing through the dream book of every enthusiast, you also have the opportunity to visit the collection of Nicola Bulgari, who loves cars American vintage.

Over 200 of those held by the global goldsmith entrepreneur, fully restored and religiously preserved: 150 in seven warehouses built within its 21-acre complex in Allentown, Pennsylvania plus another 60 in Rome, which are flown to Allentown when they in need of repairs.

Mostly cars from the 1930s and 1940s, the pinnacle of American automotive production, kept in original condition thanks to a staff of a dozen restoration experts, from preserving old leathers to metalworking, which they work in a perfectly equipped workshop.
