The models E90 to E93 are affected.

The specialist magazine "kfz -betrieb" reported on it beforehand.
According to BMW, the recall has been running since mid-January.

This affects vehicles built between 2004 and 2011. In these cars, the connector from the wiring harness to the blower regulator can become too hot due to fretting corrosion.
According to "kfz -betrieb" the connection is checked and reworked
,
if necessary the fan regulator should be changed.
According to the report, the repair takes around an hour.
