Advocate General Pierre Cortès requested his sentence to six years in prison with a committal warrant and a five-year stay ban in the Corsica and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions.

On July 14, 2009, one of his friends was checked when he got off a ferry in Ajaccio in possession of an envelope containing four photos of Guy Orsoni and those of three young Ajaccians.

All four were on the run.

Guy Orsoni denies any implication in these facts.
