From NASA's Perseverance rover comes the first 360-degree panorama of Mars in high definition, obtained by combining 142 singles taken with the Mastcam-Z camera three days after arriving on the red planet.
All the images from which the photo was obtained, published by NASA, were taken from the point of the Jazero crater where the rover landed on the ground on February 20.
The image is the first in high definition and has been built so that you can explore it with the zoom until you can see details with a resolution of 3-5 millimeters. Perserverance's Mastcam-Z is similar to the one installed on Curiosity, the NASA rover that arrived on Mars since 2012, but more efficient since it also has zoom.
