Former PRG minister Jean-Michel Baylet was heard Thursday by the brigade for the protection of minors on charges of rape and sexual assault on a minor, prescribed facts that he disputes, AFP learned on Monday from close sources folder.
The boss of the Dépêche du Midi, heard in open hearing, "formally contested these false allegations and provided all the necessary details" on these facts "which would have taken place 41 years ago", reacted his lawyer Jean-Yves Dupeux in a press release.
