Jeep Wrangler Magneto is a performing Bev, fast, silent and designed to climb rocks without difficulty. Jeep engineers and designers have created a zero-emission off-road vehicle that is characterized by the brand's legendary 4x4 capabilities and capable of delivering new levels of efficiency, environmental responsibility and on-road and off-road performance.

Based on the two-door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon version, the Jeep Magneto uses a specific axial flux electric motor with operation up to 6,000 rpm linked to the six-speed manual transmission. The result is an electric powertrain equipped with a manual gearbox and clutch that works as if it were paired with an internal combustion engine. In situations of rapid gear engagement, the electric motor activates the function, called 'regen', when the clutch is engaged, to prevent the revs from locking.

The electric motor of the Magneto delivers 285 hp and 370 Nm of torque, values that are comparable to those of the Wrangler with the V6 Pentastar 3.6 petrol. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is achieved in 6.8 seconds and the energy is supplied by a system of four lithium-ion batteries - placed in various points of the car - for a total of 70 kWh.

Traditional engines instead for the Jeepster Beach concept obtained by applying the bodywork of a 1968 Commando C-101 to the chassis and mechanics of a 2020 Wrangler Rubicon. The custom interior of the Jeepster Beach features bucket seats upholstered in red leather while the rear bench has been replaced with a chrome four-point safety cage. The Red Bare Gladiator Rubicon concept is instead identified with Jeep's ability to overcome the most demanding terrains, which obviously require an adequate propulsion system. For this purpose, the concept is equipped with the 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel engine with 260 hp and 600 Nm of torque, combined with a TorqueFlite 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission, calibrated to manage gear changes at low revs and to easily tackle extreme terrain. . Red Bare features heavy-duty Dana 44 front and rear axles with a 4.88 axle ratio for optimum performance; and offers a reduction ratio of 91: 1 to tackle the most challenging tracks of the Moab.

Finally, the other 2021 novelty - called Jeep Orange Peelz - is a tribute to the free lifestyle, the desire to have fun and drive in the open that has made Wrangler a global icon.

Off-road performance is enhanced by the proven 2-inch JPP lift kit with FOX shock absorbers that increase ground clearance. On 17-inch aluminum JPP beadlock rims are mounted on 37-inch Mud Terrain BF Goodrich KM3 tires. The Jeep Orange Peelz concept is equipped with the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with 285hp and 352Nm of torque - upgraded with a JPP air intake and JPP cat-back tailpipe - paired with the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission relationships.
