Sentenced to three years in prison on April 8, 2020, Christian Quesada left prison two weeks ago, in all discretion, according to information from Progress.
The former champion of the midday television game on TF1, the “12 Coups de midi”, he had been found guilty of “corruption of minors”, possession and dissemination of child pornography images.
He was remanded in custody at Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain) remand center in March 2019, when he was arrested in his Hauteville house.
A case that had stirred up many fans throughout France, including its first supporter, the charismatic host Jean-Luc Reichmann.
His story had won over many viewers.
He had known great poverty and did not even benefit, he said, from CMU (universal health coverage), for which he had not taken any steps during his hardest years.
The one who had won, between July 2016 and January 2017, 192 victories and 809,392 euros in earnings, including 200,000 euros in gifts, benefited from remissions of sentence and was able to leave the isolation district, tells Le Progrès.
