The screen is broken?

Do not worry:

Private laboratories in Israel will soon be allowed to make repairs to Apple products officially and supervised - according to a statement published on the company's website about expanding its independent service providers program globally to another 200 countries, including Israel.

According to Apple's announcement, any registered business in Israel that owns a physical laboratory in the store can

register

for official training and certification on behalf of the product repair company - including access to tools and spare parts.

The training and certification course will be conducted by the company online for free.

The goal of expanding the vendor program globally is to expedite handling in the event of a malfunction in iPhones or Macs (Macs), with the deployment of more service points and support.

This means that a screen or battery replacement in those places will be under the supervision of Apple, which will only take care of original replacements.

Apple's repair program began in 2019 in more than 200 countries, and the company now has more than 1,500 independent repair vendors serving customers across the US, Canada and Europe. Now, in addition to Israel, among the countries that can join the service are Jordan, Bosnia , Iraq, South Sudan and even "Palestine".

This is a very dramatic change, as so far in the event of a malfunction, customers have had two options: send the device for repair to official service providers in Israel, DCS and Icon Group, which require high costs, or risk repairing in an unofficial lab that may use non-genuine spare parts.
