The list of novelties of the Shanghai 2021 Motor Show is truly impressive which, it should be remembered, takes place in physical form albeit with a format conditioned by anti-Covid regulations.
Over 1,000 exhibitors are present on an area of 360 thousand square meters, figures that take us back to an apparently distant 'past', when the exhibition events - despite being already in crisis - attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world.

Audi has brought to China not only the A6 e-Tron concept, a preview of an electric production model, but also the A7 L 55 TFSI Quattro, a long-wheelbase variant of the current A7 with traditional propulsion. Baic brought one of the most interesting models to the Shanghai Motor Show, namely the Arcfox Alpha S electric sedan which was developed together with the Austrian Magna and which follows on from the other Alpha T model, a crossover presented in 2020. Alpha S offers a platform Huawei's MDC 810 - 5G which can enable semi-autonomous driving applications such as TJP (traffic jam pilot), HWP (highway pilot) and AVP (automatic valet parking).
