This investigation was opened for "endangering the life of others" and "participation in a gathering of more than six people on the public highway", an offense punishable by a fine of 135 euros, according to this source.

The images of this spontaneous gathering, showing young people dancing around enclosures without wearing a mask and without respecting the distances in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, aroused indignation on social networks but also in the political class.

Monday, on LCI, Gabriel Attal, the spokesperson for the government, these facts are "not admissible".
