Talkar, an importer of Kia and Ssangyong to Israel, introduced the first model from the manufacturer SERES.
This manufacturer, is the electric arm of the SOKON Group and was established in 2016 with the aim of being the spearhead of it and the parent company Dongfang in marketing electric vehicles outside of China.
This announcement is the result of an agreement signed back in 2019 between Talkar and the Chinese manufacturer.
This is the first model for a manufacturer to arrive in Israel and will be joined in the future by two more electric models, the SF5 which arrived in the last quarter of 2021. and the SF7, which are larger than it.
Unlike the 3 EV these two are not based on an existing petrol car and will get a full electric platform.

439 cm long, 185 cm wide, 165 cm high and 266 cm wheelbase is slightly larger in size than those of its direct competitor the MG ZS EV and similar to those of Nissan Qashqai and the like.
The trunk volume stands at 318 liters.

The 3 EV will come in a single trim level, the instrumentation list includes a 10.25-inch multimedia screen (in Hebrew) and a digital dashboard of the same size, an electric parking brake, a panoramic roof, a reversing camera, and 360-degree side mirrors, air conditioning outlets for the rear seats and a road camera Built-in.
Built-in Wizz navigation will also be added in the coming weeks.
And while the comfort armature is impressive, the 3 EV has another problem, a short and poor safety armature list relative to what we have known in the market in recent years.

The warranty for the car is for 5 years or 150 thousand km and for batteries and the engine control unit 8 years or 150 thousand km.
Its direct competitors, which are also electric, Chinese and based on existing models with gasoline engines, are the MG ZS EV, which costs between NIS 129 and NIS 144,500, and the GAC GE3, which costs NIS 140,000.
