WhatsApp users?

Not an official solution, but it does the job: Want to switch from iPhone to Android or vice versa and so far you have not done so just because of your WhatsApp conversations?

One of the biggest problems with WhatsApp is the inability to copy calls from iPhone to Android and vice versa.

While in the past year we have reported several times that WhatsApp is working on a feature that will allow calls to be transferred from iPhone to Android, now it is possible thanks to external software.

Just before we continue, it should be noted that the "dr fone" software is a one-time payment of $ 29.95 per year, or $ 39.95 for life, and the process is at your own risk.

We have tried the software several times and it works.

The process may seem a bit "scary", but in the end, all calls will be transferred from Android to iPhone, and vice versa.

This is how you will transfer the calls from the iPhone to Android and vice versa

Connect your two smartphones to the computer - the old one with your WhatsApp memories, and the new one to which you want to transfer the messages.

Open the dr fone software and click on Restore Social App.

The software is available for Apple and Windows computers then select the WhatsApp logo and then click on Transfer Whatsapp Messages.

The software will then confirm that both of your devices are connected.

If it fails to detect them, try disconnecting and reconnecting, or else, make sure the appropriate drivers are installed on your computer.

The software will ask you to create an up-to-date backup on the call forwarding side, and turn off the cloud backup.

So in effect, the software downloads the backup that WhatsApp does, and "plants" it on an iPhone or Android.

Even on Android the software will install an older version of WhatsApp.

Be patient, the process may take several hours (Photo: screenshot, screenshot)

If the software detects both of your devices, you can continue to press the Transfer or Transfer button, and the process will begin.

Note that the process can take between a few minutes and a few hours, so do not try to disconnect the devices in the middle and do not worry if you see changes in your WhatsApp version.

Once the transfer is complete, you can disconnect the devices from the computer.
