Finally, Netflix's solution to one of the platform's most troublesome issues (Photo: ShutterStock)
Netflix is launching today (Wednesday) in the world and in Israel, the "Activate something" button.
The button was first reported several months ago, when the streaming giant released the button to select users only.
The button will allow viewers to watch a movie or saddle that Netflix knows they will like, based on previous viewing habits.
When you click the 'Play Something' button, you will immediately see a series or movie that the viewer will like based on previous viewing.
With one more click 'Play something else' you can get a brand new series or movie, a series or movie you are already watching, a series or movie on the subscriber's list and a series or movie that has not ended.

Netflix's new button, also in Israel (Photo: PR)
The new button is located in several places;
Below the user profile name, in the tenth row on the Netflix homepage and in the navigation menu to the left of the screen.
Run something will work based on profile settings and parental controls.
Netflix explains that sometimes the choice can be difficult and time consuming when there is a lot of content to choose from.
Play Something is another Netflix enhancement for subscribers that will reduce the long search time and endless scrolling in search of new content that subscribers did not watch or would not proactively search for.
