This branch of the famous Caliweed network has just closed its doors.

Three men, aged 23 to 37, were indicted on April 23 in Paris for drug trafficking.

They are suspected of having, for more than a year, participated in a cannabis delivery network whose activities extended throughout the Ile-de-France.

The case began a little less than a year ago, on information from public security officials in the 17th arrondissement.

The police had arrested a delivery man in action.

And the information gathered during this case enabled PJ officials to initiate investigations into this team of traffickers.

"They present themselves as a new branch of the famous Caliweed home drug delivery network," said a source close to the case.

Products stored in two pavilions

This call center received orders from consumers of narcotic products on encrypted messaging, Snapchat and Telegram.

And a few hours later, a delivery man showed up at the bottom of their house.

The products were contained in beautiful packaging which characterizes the commercial practices of these networks of traffickers, who deliver to homes and treat their customers.

Investigators from the narcotics brigade of the regional direction of the judicial police (DRPJ) in Paris carried out technical investigations to try to identify the contractors.

They discovered that the narcotics were stored in two pavilions, and the drugs were transported there by ambulance to avoid police checks from Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.

80 kilos of grass and resin seized

Three men and two women were arrested on April 20 and 21 in Lagny-sur-Marne (Seine-et-Marne) and Massy (Essonne) by investigators from the narcotics brigade of the regional directorate of the Paris judicial police. .

During searches, carried out in these two pavilions which served as storage places, the police got their hands on 80 kilos of cannabis herb and resin, 2,000 euros and a device to monitor the THC content. , the active principle of this drug.

Cannabis honey is very popular with some customers, who put it in their tea or on their toast. The bees, which forage on cannabis flowers, produce a honey with a high THC content and the consumption of which has nothing to envy from the point of view of the effect on the joints.

Finally last Thursday, the "logistician", a man linked to the ambulance company, was arrested in L'Haÿ-les-Roses (Val-de-Marne). In the process, the police seized two ambulances in Montreuil and Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis). In one of them, officials got hold of 12 kilograms of resin. The three indicted men, two of whom are very unfavorably known to the police for trafficking, confessed while in police custody in the Paris premises of the PJ. In the middle of the week, their companions were released.
