This case is reminiscent of an assault that occurred a few days ago in Cergy during which a man made violent and racist remarks against a delivery man, sparking indignation and the opening of an investigation. The 24-year-old man, arrested and then placed in custody, had been brought to court immediately for racist violence. The Pontoise judicial court postponed the hearing to July 8.
