Investigations are underway on the conditions of emergency response as part of the free party organized in June in Redon (Ille-et-Vilaine), during which a young man had his hand torn off.
"As part of the two investigations opened, this aspect has already been investigated," Rennes prosecutor Philippe Astruc told AFP, after information from Mediapart and the Techno + association.
Two investigations for "involuntary injuries" and for "unlawful organization of a festive musical gathering" were opened by the prosecution after the rave party organized on the night of June 18 to 19, which gave rise to clashes between law enforcement and party animals.

Redon free party: gendarmes and revelers clashed all night
The prosecutor said he had seized the recordings of calls to firefighters and had heard several firefighters present on the scene.
According to Mediapart, the firefighters were banned from entering the party scene by the prefect.
The prefecture, it, formally denies the allegations of Mediapart concerning the relief device set up during the prohibited gathering organized in Redon.
No complaint from the young man with his hand torn off
But according to the Techno + association, which works to reduce the risks associated with festive practices, "the public authorities" "refused the health care of this 22-year-old whose hand had been torn off, forcing one to his friends to cover what was left of his forearm with a cloth to take him to the hospital ”.
The young man injured around 3 a.m., in a field near the Redon racecourse, had been dropped off at the city hospital at 3:36 a.m. by a young woman, according to the prosecution.
“At this point, there are no complaints from anyone.
The victim who had his hand torn off did not file a complaint, ”the magistrate said on Friday, while Techno + said it had taken charge of“ 22 victims mainly injured because of projectiles, de-encircling grenades and LBD ”.
The GIGN was on the spot
Thursday, Mediapart indicated that 14 GIGN soldiers had intervened to destroy the sound equipment of the free party.
A source close to the case confirmed the presence of the GIGN on the spot.
"In view of the ongoing investigations, we will not comment on this subject," the prefecture told AFP.
After having initially assured to have "given no order of destruction of material", the prefect of Ille-et-Vilaine Emmanuel Berthier had recognized that "certain systems of sound could be seized, others were made inoperative" during of the dispersal of the rave.
The organizers estimate the damage at more than 100,000 euros.
