The technique of "neurofeedback" is not new: it was developed in the 1960s. Non-invasive, it consists in recording the brain activity of a subject with electrodes in order to be able to show him and give him. the means to better control it. Over the past twenty years, it has been watched with increasing attention by clinical neuroscience. Thanks to technological developments, it has become more effective and may well be a game-changer for some patients, including adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD-HD). A team of researchers and doctors from the University of Geneva and the University Hospitals of Geneva evaluated neurofeedback in a small group of adult patients with ADHD. Their work published in the journal
