Petition: Return the Galaxy Note (Photo: AP)
More than 25,000 people have already signed a petition calling on Samsung to return the Galaxy Note series in early 2022, according to a report on the SamMobile website that set up the petition.
And while that may be meaningless, fans are calling for canceling the announcement of the Galaxy S22 earlier this year - and announcing a new Galaxy Note.
"For the first time in about a decade, there will be no device in the Galaxy Note series. This is something that Samsung fans were not happy to know," the website wrote.
"The Galaxy Note series has a very loyal fan base, the kind that doesn't really want to switch to another device."

"In order to retain some of its most loyal fans, Samsung must launch a new Galaxy Note device next year," the founders of the petition added.
As you may recall, instead of the popular series, at the Unpacked event to be held on August 11, Samsung, the company will announce models of two folding folding devices - Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, which will for the first time also support the S Pen pen identified with the Note series .
