The year has only just begun, but it is doubtful that there will be a program as cynical as "Daddy's Life."
The new 13 Network program is cynical because it wraps up in an important and exciting subject like parenting accompanied by a melancholy soundtrack, but within it is actually one hundred percent voyeuristic and gossipy;
It is also unnecessary - because to pry into the lives of famous people there are enough programs on television

Although it has only just begun, it is doubtful whether a program as superfluous and cynical as "Daddy's Life" will appear on the main channels. - Because to pry into the lives of famous people there are enough shows on TV. "Daddy's life" is not better than them in any category, even in the res.
What's the story? Most Israelis allow cameras to enter their homes, into the family struggle, to supposedly talk about the difficulty of leading a family life alongside a super-successful career.

In the first episode, it was the restaurateur Omar Miller in the first days after his partner's twins were born, when he was forced to combine a variety of food and family ventures that had just expanded;
Reality contender Oren Hazan (yes, again he is, how original and special) is offended by accusations that he is not present enough at home;
The diamond-rich diamond-bearer Israel Or pours money and turns worlds for a party into his five-year-old daughter;
And veteran singer Kobi Peretz, who is interested in transferring his children, to the displeasure of his wife, to the religious education system.
It's not just worthless, it's also an incredibly boring TV.
Needless to say, no confrontation here is really interesting or described in a non-superficial way.
But what is seen from the screen is not really a discussion about parenting and fatherhood, of the kind that is actually prevalent on television in the soft broadcast areas.
Children and parenting are not the story at all: it seems that what interests the network is to present the celebrities, who happen to have children, and are willing to talk about themselves - so that gossip-thirsty viewers can click their tongues as they please about the way each lives their lives.

And the truth is, I'm tired of it already.
One does not have to cooperate with the cynicism of the commercial channels, which are selling more and more yellow, gossip and voyeurism impersonating something else.
It's time to call near by his name: we are sold inferior and unnecessary trash.
Why would we agree to eat this TV junk food?
