"Seinfeld" joined the Netflix catalog about two weeks ago, and immediately jumped into the top 10 of the streaming service in Israel.

On this occasion, the Binger podcast from the podium, edited by Oren Yossifovich, dedicates a special series of podcasts to the ritual classics of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David and their friends.

Each episode of the podcast will be devoted to a different canonical episode of Seinfeld, and will try to figure out what makes it so great, what was its inspiration and what legacy it left behind.

For a start, Yosifovich is joined by Avner Shavit and Guy Leiba, and together they drink with straw the "Nazi end", which will celebrate its 26th anniversary in early November.

On whom is the figure of the soup seller based, and what was his first cultural mention?

Who is the actor who played him, and how did the role change his life?

And what the hell is Jambelia?

The podcast answers all these questions, and also wonders what the episode would have looked like if it had been filmed today, is it really worth losing a human photographer for Mark and most importantly - how is it that 26 years after its broadcast, the socio-political allegory of the "Nazi Sup" turns out to be more relevant than ever .
