Culture, Liron Weizmann will not present the next season of "New Love" on Network 13 due to health issues.

Model and actress Maya Wertheimer will step into Weizmann's shoes after model Jordan Harel was also considered as a presenter.

"I was afraid to call Assaf (Zamir) to tell him that right now that we are moving to New York, I get the option to fulfill a dream and be a facilitator of 'New Love,'" she wrote on Instagram.

"I told Assaf without breathing. He looked at me, smiled at me from the other side of the world, 'I'm proud of you.' I shed tears."

Wertheimer further wrote: "So I am here. Continuing to take responsibility for my happiness. I step into the shoes of the legendary Liron Weizmann. May we all have success. In September, Weizmann posted a post on Instagram announcing that she was taking a break from the screen due to a medical problem.

Weizmann wrote that she had worked hard in recent months when she simultaneously directed both "Big Brother" and "The X Factor," which led to its collapse.

"I fell and fell hard. I'm in an emergency stop right now, and it's probably going to take a while for me to get back on the highway," she wrote.
