Asked by France 3 Bourgogne Franche-Comté, the author of the publication gave details of the circumstances of the meeting.

She was returning from a family meal on Saturday, shortly before midnight, when she came face to face with a female lynx and her three cubs.
“My mother was very surprised to see these lynxes on the side of the road, then on the road.
