According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), 67.9 percent of the total population are currently fully vaccinated.
Although politicians are hesitant, a majority of people in Germany are in favor of a general compulsory corona vaccination, as reported by "Bild am Sonntag".
To this end, the newspaper commissioned a representative survey (1001 respondents) from the INSA opinion research institute.
This showed that 52 percent welcome compulsory vaccination, while 41 percent are against it.
The answer option “don't know / no answer” was chosen by 7 percent.
When asked whether they are generally satisfied with the work of the current federal government at the moment, 58 percent of those questioned answered "no", only 32 percent are satisfied and 10 percent did not answer.
