A new study published this week at the Hebrew University explains that music, in addition to the great enjoyment we derive from it, helps us physically survive.
A new and refreshing project, dubbed the 'Children of Music Project' jointly with the Makor Association and the Tel Aviv Municipality, makes the musical world accessible to everyone, regardless of the economic level from which everyone comes.
Musician Ran Shimoni, the project's founder, said: "I have been active in the music industry for 30 years, and the idea was to locate boys and girls from places where music studies are not accessible in their cities, and allow them higher education in the musical field."
Shai Tsabari, a singer who was a guest at the project's performances, joined in the conversation and shared the wonderful experience:
