The referral to the criminal court of Jean-Marc Morandini for facts of "corruption of minors" was validated this Tuesday morning by the Paris Court of Appeal.
This is what the facilitator's lawyer, Corinne Dreyfus-Schmidt, tells us, confirming information from BFMTV.

The facilitator will appeal in cassation.
“We are delighted that the Court of Appeal removed the aggravating circumstances held against my client.
And I recall that there were two complainants, and that one of them withdrew his complaint, ”adds the lawyer.
The host of CNews is accused by two teenagers who were 15 and 16 years old at the time of the facts, in 2009 and 2013. Jean-Marc Morandini would have, according to the first, exchanged particularly raw text messages.
In the second, met during a casting for an erotic film project, he would have asked to undress before asking him to mimic a masturbation scene.
In his defense, the host explained that he could not know that the youngest of his accusers was a minor, and he totally denies the charges in the second part of the case.
