Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, already targeted by several complaints, is again accused by two new complaints for rape and sexual assault.

Legal proceedings continue to fall on Patrick Poivre d'Arvor.

A month after the publication in Liberation of a series of testimonies from accusers denouncing rape, sexual assault and harassment by the former presenter of TF1, two new complaints were registered against him this week.

The first woman denounces acts which would have been committed when she was 23 years old, in Valmorel in Savoy, in December 2013. Patrick Poivre d'Arvor was then the guest of an event: "Les micros d'or", which took place at the Club Med of the ski resort.

The young woman indicates having been assaulted in a hotel by the journalist, who "

kissed her with the tongue"

without her consent, writes LCI.

The facts it describes are time-barred.

"The balance of power has been reversed"

The second accuser filed a rape complaint.

She accuses Patrick Poivre d'Arvor of attacking her in 1985 during the Cannes Film Festival, when she was also 23 years old.

She was reportedly taken to a room before being raped by the host, who allegedly forced her in despite his refusal.

Once again prescribed facts.

The Nanterre public prosecutor's office, in charge of the file regrouping the previous complaints against the journalist, had not yet been contacted this Friday evening by his counterparts in Liévin and Amiens, who should do so in the coming days.

It is the Nanterre public prosecutor's office which will then decide on the public action to be taken.

Contacted by the “Parisian”, Laure Heinich, the lawyer for the two women confirms the two new complaints, filed in Liévin and Amiens.

“In 1985, she had talked a lot about her rape around her.

But she had been dissuaded by the family from filing a complaint, given the fame of her attacker.

She thought he would be protected, explains the lawyer.

But the balance of power has been reversed.

She felt empowered to do it this time around.

Out of duty and out of solidarity, towards the many women who have already lodged a complaint.

This is what gave them the courage to do it when they were terrified ”.

A new complaint to come

TF1's “Seven to Eight” Magazine will devote a report to PPDA, with two new testimonies accusing the former presenter of sexual assault.

Although the facts are time-barred, one of them should lead to a new complaint.

From rape to harassment, 25 women accuse the former presenter of sexual abuse and a total of 10 complaints have now been filed against him.

Chilling testimonies, which always evoke the same modus operandi and paint the portrait of a real sexual predator.

Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, who had already swept away a first series of accusations on the Daily, March 3, continues to firmly deny his accusations.
