Almost 7 in 10 are opposed to the vaccination of their children in this age group, almost half (47%) fiercely.
Only 31% of parents of young children say they are in favor in this survey.
Emmanuel Macron ruled on Wednesday that the vaccination of children against covid-19 was "
desirable
" but without obligation, while deeming "
possible
" in the long term a vaccination obligation for all.
The National Consultative Ethics Committee (CCNE) is due to deliver its opinion on Thursday on vaccination against Covid for all children between 5 and 11 years old.
