Shavut, in collaboration with Mifal HaPais and the Migdal Haemek Municipality, is currently running a leadership program for young girls, in order to enable them to realize their potential through strengthening their self-confidence and getting to know inspiring women.

Attorney Paula Krasnopolsky-Biton, the higher education coordinator at Migdal Haemek Municipality, spoke about the project on the social program on 103FM.
