Is there a technological solution that will allow people to experience orgasm at any time and even without a partner?

If you ask billionaire Elon Musk, then soon we will all be able to upgrade our sex lives with a chip implanted in our heads.

Musk has two ambitious goals: to establish a permanent human colony on Mars and to create technology that connects human minds to artificial intelligence.

The second goal seems closer than ever, thanks to the chip from Neuralink, a company that develops chips for brain transplantation, and is owned by Musk.

Neuralink was originally designed as a way to help people with cerebral palsy and allow them to move robotic arms using the unique chip.

But now, technology is expected to focus on creating sexual pleasure.

Many researchers have previously researched the idea of direct stimulation of the pleasure centers of the brain, in order to enable people to have a fun experience without drugs and alcohol.

In 2001, Dr. Stewart Meloy developed a device known as the Orgasmatron. The device was designed to treat pain, but as he said in an interview with New Scientist:

I asked her what was going on and she said, 'You'll have to teach

my husband to do this.'

But Maloy needs more than six million dollars to bring the Orgemtron to market - too big an economic investment for him.

But for the billion bucks, money is not really the issue.

The Neuralink chip in which Musk has invested the best of his money, offers an "on-demand orgasm" just like Meloy's "Orgmatron".

The device is 'sewn' directly into the brain using a special medical robot, and can be used to increase the stimulation and sexual response to orgasm.

Beyond the fact that the device will allow you to experience an orgasm completely alone, it may improve the sexual communication between the couple.

"If it is possible to document another person's pleasure reactions using a chip, then the partner will be able to restore that pleasure and find out how his partner's orgasm feels," says sex-tech expert Ben Barnes.

The chip was tested in 2020 on a pig named Gertrude, and in 2021, Musk released a video featuring a monkey using Neuralink to play a basic computer game using only the power of thought.

Musk says his company is expected to start launching its chips in humans later this year.

Why wait!
