It will soon be more difficult for you to convey a message to friends - even if it is really important:
according to a report on the WABetaInfo website, WhatsApp will limit the transmission of messages to only one group per transfer, and not five as is currently possible.
As you can see in a posted screenshot, when a message is marked as forwarded, it can no longer be forwarded to more than one group chat at a time.
This is a continuation of a change that was launched as early as 2019, when for the first time WhatsApp restricted the transmission of messages between contacts in order to fight Pike News.

The update on WhatsApp (Photo: WaBetaInfo)
This time too, WABetaInfo estimates, to stop a wave of messages of false information whose whole purpose is to sow hysteria among the public.
Want to forward the same message to more than one group?
You will need to select the message - and forward it again and again.
In the meantime, the update is with a number of beta users, and like any update will later reach iOS and Android users.
