The OneWeb satellites for internet connections will be launched by Elon Musk's SpaceX, the same company that produces and puts the Starlink satellites into orbit.
This was announced by the OneWeb company, based in Great Britain, after the decision to suspend the launches with the Russian Soyuz rocket, on 3 March.
The collaboration agreement was signed today and the first launch is expected by 2022.
There are 428 satellites of the OneWeb constellation currently in orbit, equal to 66% of the planned fleet.
