Agai has gone through an impressive culinary path over the years and has worked in Michelin restaurants around the world and in leading restaurants in Israel, including the "Jaffa Tel Aviv" restaurant of chef Haim Cohen, thanks to which he set out independently as a chef and restaurant owner.
His first restaurant "Santa Katrina", which opened in 2015, is considered one of the most successful restaurants in Tel Aviv.
In 2021, seven years after the success of Santa Catarina, Tomer opened the Chena restaurant in Tel Aviv.

At the same time as Agai, chefs Tamar Cohen Tzedek and Raz Rahav will also join.
Cohen Tzedek began her culinary career immediately after the army while studying veterinary medicine in Italy.
She dropped out of middle school in favor of culinary studies.
After graduating from culinary school, Cohen began working in Michelin-starred restaurants in several parts of Italy until she returned to Israel and opened the Vince and Tamar restaurant in 2005.
Today, Tamar is the chef and owner of the Cochina Hess 4 restaurant.
Rahav began his culinary career at the Popina restaurant.
After leaving the restaurant, Rahav and his two partners (Erez Zuares and Idan Blumenthal) decided to open the prestigious OCD restaurant, which is now considered one of Israel's elite restaurants.
It was also recently ranked third out of the fifty best restaurants in the Middle East according to the BEST50 rating.
