Targeted by a complaint for defamation, Coline Berry-Rojtman, daughter of actor Richard Berry whom she accuses of rape and sexual assault, was sentenced to a fine of 2000 euros, this Thursday by the court of Aurillac.

The actor's eldest daughter was the subject of a defamation complaint filed by her mother-in-law, singer Jeane Manson, whom she associates with the alleged misdeeds of her father.

In an article published in Le Monde

(also prosecuted for defamation) in February 2021, Coline Berry-Rojtman recounted the sexual violence she allegedly suffered when she was a minor, between the ages of 6 and 10 at her father's home.

The latter lived at the time with Jeane Manson, herself accused of having also participated in these attacks.

The actor's eldest daughter had filed a complaint for "rape and sexual assault on a minor" in January 2021, triggering the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Paris prosecutor's office.

" Everything is false "

For his part, the 71-year-old actor has always denied these accusations.

" Everything is false.

They are unfortunately lies and she, I think, ended up believing them.

It's heartbreaking for a father.

I have no attraction for children.

I am deeply, frankly, desperate, ”he said on the stand.

During messages exchanged with his daughter and quoted by Le Monde, Richard Berry had written, while denying the slightest incest, that “Jeane [Manson] had excessive freedom with the bodies.

It's true.

But without sexual ambiguity.

I asked your forgiveness for the pain this caused.
