A man was killed and another seriously injured in a shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning in Lyon (Rhône), in the Gerland district, we learned from a police source.
The emergency services were notified around 6 a.m. to intervene with the victims near a metro station in the 7th arrondissement.
It was agents from the anti-crime brigade who provided first aid.
Three injured
According to information from Lyon Mag, the suspects arrived in a car and shot the occupants of another vehicle.
Three other people were reportedly injured.
According to France 3, a heavy weapon, of the AK47 type, was used.
