The explosion that occurred on June 17, 2017 in the toilets of the Andino shopping center killed three women, two Colombians aged 31 and 41 and a Frenchwoman, Julie Huynh, whose mother, visiting the country, was injured in the attack. .

The 23-year-old woman had been a volunteer for the NGO "Projeter sans frontières" since February and worked with young people displaced by Colombia's half-century-long armed conflict.

She was also a student in the Paris region.
