Families have sounded the alarm.
Three complaints were filed by parents of students at a primary school in Lyon (Rhône).
These parents of 6-year-old children, educated in CP at the Montbrillant primary school located in the 3rd arrondissement, accuse another schoolboy of having raped one of them.
Information from Progress, confirmed to the Parisian by the Lyon prosecutor's office.
The parents filed complaints on June 10 and 11 on charges of "violence in a meeting and sexual touching against two other children".
Children aged 6 to 8 years old
An investigation was therefore opened by the DDSP (Departmental Directorate of Public Security of the Rhône).
"Investigations are underway," explains the Lyon prosecutor's office.
Their purpose is to determine what exactly happened in this establishment between these children aged 6 to 8 years.

According to Le Progrès, which reveals the information, the facts were allegedly committed during recess, on June 9, in the toilets of the school establishment.
In the evening, the parents of the young alleged victim would have noticed a mark on the level of the buttocks.
Two other children are said to have witnessed the attack.
The families were received by the management of the establishment and an anti-harassment psychological cell was opened.
