There is probably nothing more nerve-wracking than dirty car windows - we will show you how to clean them to have a clear view again.
It doesn't matter whether it's streaks or other dirt: the car windows* should always be cleaned as quickly as possible - if only for reasons of road safety.
But drivers often shy away from doing so because they don't have the right cleaning agent or the work is too tedious.
With the following tips, however, you can complete the cleaning action in no time - and to your complete satisfaction.
This is how you clean your car windows from the outside - without streaks
Clearly: Dirt is most likely to collect on the outside of the car windows, simply because this is where the car is exposed to the environment and the weather.
Tree sap or dead insects quickly end up on the windscreen - and they cannot simply be removed with the windscreen wiper.
Even the window cleaner often leaves more streaks when wiping than it cleans the windows.
That's why you often have to do it yourself.
Choose a day when the sun isn't beating down too much or find a
shady spot
to clean the windows .
Because of the radiation, the cleaning agent dries away too quickly and leaves streaks.

Attention
: When cleaning, don't forget the wiper blades on the front and rear windows - otherwise they will quickly redistribute dirt on the windows.
The contact surface of the wipers should also be cleaned.
If you have cleaned your car in the car wash and then you can still see bird droppings or the like on the windows, simply place dampened newspaper on them until they come off.
Then go over it with a damp cloth.

How do I clean the car windows from the inside?
Even more annoying than dirt from the outside are car windows that are smudged from the inside.
Often this contamination is caused by cleaning the window incorrectly, touching it with your hand or cleaning it unevenly.
The right cleaning agents are also very important here.
Before you start scrubbing, you should first run a damp cloth over the inside of the windshield - but don't get it too wet or too much moisture will end up on the dashboard and leave stains.
Then let the pane dry with the windows open.

With this tool you can clean the inside of the car windows very quickly
If you need good visibility quickly - for example, when the windows are fogged up - you don't have to unpack the glass cleaner right away - you can do that later at home.
First of all, a
special cleaning
sponge, which consists of a sponge on one side and a chamois leather on the back, also helps.
If the windows are fogged up, first use the sponge to suck the moisture off the inside of the window and then wipe over it with the chamois side.
