The closed season for existing DAZN customers is over

DAZN will also significantly increase its prices for existing customers from August.

Now also applies to long-standing customers: The costs for a monthly package are practically doubled, instead of 14.99 euros, 29.99 euros will soon be due.
An annual subscription now costs EUR 274.99 instead of EUR 149.99.
DAZN initially did not comment on the price adjustment.
The increase in price can be explained by the expansion course of the online broadcaster.
DAZN had invested heavily in new broadcasting rights in recent years.
To justify the enormous price increase, it said in January: "The sports platform is doing justice to the quality and value of its range, which has been greatly expanded since the start of the season, and is positioning itself in the market structure with a reasonable price." Not just a football channel
DAZN's range of sports streams is comparatively wide: in the coming season, the service will be able to show Bundesliga games live on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

Beyond football, DAZN holds numerous other broadcasting rights from the world of sports such as basketball, American football, boxing and darts.

The online sports broadcaster recently increased its monthly price from EUR 11.99 to EUR 14.99.
