A few days after the filing of a complaint against the Minister of Solidarity Damien Abad, and the opening, in the process, of a preliminary investigation for attempted rape, new testimony denounces the behavior of the deputy of Ain.
BFMTV has collected the words of a young woman who claims to have been a victim of the actions of the politician.
According to the TV channel, the one who calls herself Julie was a member of the Jeunes Populaires, the youth organization of the UMP, and regularly participated in political events and meetings at the time of the events.
She says she does not know Damien Abad, who contacted her at the time on social networks to talk about politics, before becoming insistent and asking for a dinner or a drink "one-on-one".
Appointment is made in Paris, in the district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in a restaurant, then in a bar.

The young woman would never have met the Minister of Solidarity again.
It was the articles published in recent weeks that convinced her to speak, indicates BFMTV.
His testimony, the fourth in this case, is similar to those that have emerged in the press in recent weeks.
An investigation has been open for attempted rape since June 29, after the complaint of a woman targeting Damien Abad for facts which allegedly took place during a party in 2010, weakening the political situation of the Minister of Solidarity, announced on the departure.
A slanderous complaint
The testimony of this woman, who filed a complaint, had been published by Mediapart in mid-June under the assumed name of "Laëtitia".
According to the investigative site, it is an "elected centrist" who was, at the time of the facts she denounces, president of a federation of the youth movement of the New Center, including Mr. Abad, then deputy European, was the national president.
On the evening of the events, according to her story in Mediapart, Damien Abad "offered her a glass" at the bottom of which she saw "something": suspicious, she went to spit her sip into the toilet.
Still according to her words, Damien Abad was waiting for her behind the door and everything went “very quickly”: the MEP would have “pushed her into a room opposite” then tried to force her to perform oral sex.
The Minister contests these accusations and has filed a slanderous complaint.
