WhatsApp is releasing a new and rather exciting option of supporting multiple devices: According to a report on the WABetaInfo blog, which follows the developments and innovations in the popular messaging app, WhatsApp has started allowing beta users to connect the account to two smartphones at the same time.

The update, which came in version 2.22.15.13 as part of the Multi-device 2.0 feature, allows you to connect another phone without the need to connect the main device.

According to the publication, the user's chat history will appear on the other device - similar to the synchronization of information in the WEB version (browser).

First, as with any feature initially available to beta users only, it is expected to reach all app users later.

However, the official release date is not yet known.

Last week it was reported in WABetaInfo that WhatsApp will soon give users a longer time window to delete the message - two days and 12 hours - instead of the current one hour, 8 minutes and 16 seconds.
