Justin Bieber announced today (Tuesday) that he is returning to his world tour after recovering from the medical problem he has been suffering from in recent weeks.
As part of the huge world tour, Bieber will also arrive at Hayarkon Park on October 13 as planned.
The tour will resume on 31.7 in Lucca, Italy and from there will continue to Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
About a month ago, Bieber revealed his health condition, which led him to cancel his North American tour.
Bieber posted a video in which he said he had Ramsey Hunt Syndrome (herpes zoster oticus).
It is a syndrome that occurs when an outbreak of shingles affects the facial nerve near one of the ears.
In addition to a painful rash, Ramsey Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis - as indeed did in Bieber's case - and hearing loss in the injured ear.
"As you can see, that eye is not blinking," Bieber says in the video.
"I can not smile on this side of my face ... there is complete paralysis in the center of my face. So for those who are frustrated by the cancellations of my next appearances, I am simply physically, obviously, unable to do them."
