Kahina El H., 25-year-old widow of Bataclan terrorist Samy Amimour, was repatriated to France on July 5 with her three children from the Kurdish camp of Roj (Syria), learned Le Parisien, confirming information from RMC .
According to the radio, she was "coerced and forced" to return to France.
She was immediately indicted for criminal terrorist conspiracy and remanded in custody.
Samy Amimour was one of the members of the commando who took over the Bataclan on November 13, 2015, killing dozens.

RMC specifies that his three children "have been entrusted to a foster family for child welfare in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and have since benefited from psychological support, and are the subject of 'a judicial measure of educational investigation'.
A total of 16 women had been repatriated from Syria by July 5.
